Level 2 Belly dance.

Once you have attended a Mehira's Jewels school level 1 class for a couple of terms minimum, and when you feel ready of if you are told you are by the teachers. You can move onto a Level 2 course. At this level you will be challenged further, choreography will be more advanced and technical than at level 1. You will learn more about musicality, rhythms and begin to work on improvisation and developing as a dancer. Dancers who take level 2 courses seriously usually start working on dancing solo at events. You do not have to do this however, again the choice is yours. Most dancers at this level are involved in performances that the school is asked to do, or in its own shows, as by this stage you will have been attending classes for at least a year or more so have grown in confidence, ability and are well and truly caught by the love of the dance.
