All hand made items are unique, we will not knowingly copy anyone elses designs. As they are home made they are not mass produced so stock is small. Often one offs. Colours shown are guides and the item you see may differ slightly from the item you receive. We will aim to keep as close to your requests as possible. Namaste products are fair trade and often require delicate cleaning and care. Cannot guarantee clothing is colourfast. We are a small group, we will aim to dispatch your item within 7-10 days, it will state on the website homepage if delivery will be delayed due to holidays etc. If you are not happy with your item or it is damaged you may return at your postage expense within 14 days of receipt. Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of item. Or you can exchange. Refunds will not be given for items lost in the post, so it is advisable that you use recorded delivery. Delivery is by standard Uk mail, no responsibilty is accepted by us for items lost in the post. Privacy - We will not store your details automatically, you will be asked if you wish to be on the mailing list. We will only use your address for delivery purposes and will not give to any third parties unless it is to complete your order. We do not see your bank or card details if you pay via pay pal.
